UK book chain Waterstones introduced Sony’s ebook reader to the UK market four months ago. It’s just released its first set of sales figures which show that it has sold 30,000 of the £224 Readers along with 75,000 ebook downloads. “We are very pleased with sales so far,” says a Waterstone representative.
